The research is currently in progress, yet numerous adverse effects of EM radiation on the human body have been identified. This phenomenon is referred to as “electromagnetic pollution.” I suggest reading the book “The Body Electric” authored by Dr. Robert O. Becker. A physicist conducted research in this area, and his name is referenced in the book. Although he was unable to reveal his findings regarding the detrimental effects of EM radiation, he passed away from cancer in 2015, and I suspect that his illness may have been linked to excessive exposure to EM radiation in his workplace. The incidence of cancer is rising in tandem with the increase in EM radiation exposure. It may also contribute to the rising number of Autism cases.

The impact of electromagnetic radiation depends on the type to which one is exposed. Below is the EM spectrum:

High doses of ionizing radiation are detrimental. A significant exposure to x-rays or gamma rays can lead to cancer or even fatality. Excessive ultraviolet light can result in skin cancer. Conversely, non-ionizing radiation is typically considered safe. However, individuals who consume sensationalized and misleading news online regarding the negative impacts of invisible EM radiation may experience mental distress. In severe cases, they should consult a physician or therapist.

In earlier times, people feared ghosts and witches; today, they fear cellphone radiation.
